Our Investment Focus
JJK Partners invests in growth-oriented, profitable businesses that are ready to scale. We are flexible in structure—pursuing both control buyouts and minority equity investments—and always align our capital with management to drive sustainable growth.
We target companies with enterprise values between $10 million and $85 million and EBITDA of $3 million to $20 million. Our focus is on enterprise software, contracted business services, specialized healthcare, and certain infrastructure niches.
We concentrate on businesses that serve or aim to serve the U.S. market, where our experience and relationships provide the most value. We also partner with founders seeking liquidity or transition opportunities, ensuring their companies continue to grow under capable, aligned leadership.

As the sponsor of each deal, JJK Partners co-invests alongside our investors, putting our own capital at risk in every transaction. This ensures full alignment of interests and reinforces our commitment to transparency, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation.
We are not afraid to get into the weeds. Our team takes a hands-on approach to understanding each business, while giving management the space they need to lead. Depending on our level of investment, we may take a board seat, help guide key hiring decisions, and assist in developing a well-defined strategy rooted in first principles. We also support our companies through administrative challenges in areas such as legal, accounting, and tax, ensuring that leadership can focus on execution and growth.

Jeff Millar
Managing Partner
Jeff brings over 14 years of business development experience in the North American iGaming industry. As Chief Commercial Officer at Evolution Gaming, he led the company’s successful expansion into the U.S. and Canada, establishing it as the region’s top B2B iGaming supplier. Prior to that, Jeff directed IGT’s iGaming commercial division for more than a decade. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a former CPA.

Joe Kennedy
General Partner
Joe is the President and Founder of J.A. Kennedy Real Estate Company in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he oversees a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding $700 million across retail, office, industrial, and land holdings. Over his career, he has formed and managed more than 100 real estate investment entities for acquisition and development projects. Joe is also an active philanthropist supporting the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the Boys and Girls Club, and The Meadows School.

Kevin Schubert
Senior Partner
Kevin has over 12 years of experience in strategy, operations, M&A, and finance across the gaming and technology sectors. He has held senior executive and advisory roles with leading public companies, including Red Rock Resorts Inc. and Las Vegas Sands Corp. As President and CFO of Rubicon Technologies, Inc., he successfully led a financial turnaround of the company. Kevin holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
